Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines to support application deployment.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and availability, ensuring reliability of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and provide DevOps support throughout the software lifecycle.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Implement security best practices throughout the DevOps process, including code analysis, secrets management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal configuration and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in a DevOps, software engineering, or systems engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
