Job Overview

Donato Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and optimizing our cloud infrastructure, streamlining and improving our deployment processes, and supporting application teams with system health and incident management. You will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to manage code releases, build and maintain performant, scalable systems, and enable continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application build and deployment processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on leading platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement security best practices across DevOps processes and tools.
• Facilitate incident management and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Strong knowledge of cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including load balancing, DNS, and CDN.
