Overview

The Sr DevOps Engineer at LHH will play a pivotal role in automating, optimizing, and refining the development and deployment processes of our applications and services. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure automation and CI/CD processes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline development workflows and enhance software delivery processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance as part of a proactive approach to operational efficiency.
• Implement security best practices within the deployment pipeline to mitigate risks.
• Maintain and improve system reliability, availability, and performance for cloud-based applications.
• Document systems, processes, and architectures for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on DevOps practices and principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of networking and security concepts related to cloud infrastructure.
