Job Overview

Promantis, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. This role will focus on streamlining our development and operational processes, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems and applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance the software development lifecycle.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to define and implement best practices for tools, automation, and processes.
• Monitor system performance and resolve integration and delivery issues.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ensure systems are secure, audited, and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Perform backups, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies for critical applications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar capacity.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with programming and scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of network security practices, monitoring, and compliance.
