Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Blue River Technology, you will play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of advanced agricultural technologies. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure to support development and production environments.
• Automate deployment processes to ensure a more efficient workflow for development teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, cost effectiveness, and performance optimization.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid application delivery.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to foster continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Technologies & Tools
