Job Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime and high availability.
• Develop and implement system automation and optimization solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for system-related problems.
• Collaborate with IT security teams to develop and maintain system security protocols.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications
