As a Senior Pharmacy Innovation Specialist, you will support strategic initiatives focused on pharmacy operations, medication access, specialty pharmacy, cellular therapy, and supportive care. You will collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, clinical teams, and operational leaders to design, implement, and scale innovative programs across a network of community-based medical practices. Using project management, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies, you will help optimize workflows and drive measurable operational outcomes. You will also contribute to evaluating new technologies, developing best practices, and strengthening pharmacy integration across diverse clinical environments.
