Job Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in our CI/CD process and lead initiatives for enhancements.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to foster a DevOps culture.
• Ensure system reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response plans.
• Evaluate and assist in implementing new technologies that enhance platform performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and version control systems (Git).
• Proven experience in implementing CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive change.
