Job Responsibilities

• Conduct performance and load testing to validate application behavior under various scenarios.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and their functional requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and methodologies for effective testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases for data validation and testing.
