Job Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and ensure system uptime.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in system observability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.

• Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Solid understanding of cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Demonstrated ability to implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Expertise in monitoring tools and metrics, as well as incident management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
