Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable Azure infrastructure.
• Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Investigate and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
• Implement security best practices in site reliability and infrastructure management.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure.
• Proficient in scripting and automation with languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
