Job Overview

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at ConstructConnect will play a pivotal role in enhancing system reliability and operational efficiency across the organization’s technology stack. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain reliability and operational excellence processes across multiple services.
• Develop and enhance monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with software engineering to optimize application performance and stability.
• Automate manual processes and improve operational workflows with the help of scripting and other tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex production incidents.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior SREs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related operational role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming, particularly in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
• Experience with automated monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• Solid understanding of networking, security practices, and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Technologies & Tools
