Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable systems and services.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure application reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to prevent future outages.
• Support capacity planning and system tuning for peak performance.
• Establish and maintain operational metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, or Ruby).
• Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practice (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
