Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks for complex software applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to identify testing needs and address any quality concerns.
• Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance software quality.
• Maintain and improve existing automated testing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software quality assurance.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality and testing within the team.
• Document testing procedures and prepare reports to communicate testing results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive experience in developing automated tests using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Technologies & Tools
