• Identify, record, and track defects through to resolution using appropriate tools.
• Review and enhance existing test cases and coverage for optimal performance.
• Mentor junior testers and lead quality initiatives across the team.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to provide testing perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a development role.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
