Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services for the Fusion Platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality within the team.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues within the backend infrastructure.
• Mentor junior software engineers, providing guidance in best practices for software development.
• Write technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure clarity of the backend system architecture.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Adopt and implement emerging technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
