Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams on best practices for improving system reliability and performance.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
• Continuously analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related field, with a focus on platform and site reliability engineering.

• Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
