Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code deployments.
• Conduct root cause analysis on service incidents and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage infrastructure change processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Provide support for system troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure high service availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar DevOps role.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Solid problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to incident resolution.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
