• Develop and document standard operating procedures and protocols for IT processes.
• Assist in capacity planning and system design for scalability and performance improvements.
• Provide training and support to junior administrators and other staff members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, RHCE) are a plus.
