Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and other IT staff for smooth integration of file transfer solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users regarding file transfer applications and protocols.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and disaster recovery tests to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in project planning and implementation related to the Globalscape platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, preferably within data transfer systems.
• Strong experience with Globalscape EFT and file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of network security and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
