Job Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for Azure cloud services and related infrastructures.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop automated solutions to improve support processes.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
