Aditi Consulting is seeking a talented and innovative Sr. Visual Designer to enhance our design team. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging visual designs for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to create user-centric design solutions that meet business objectives.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all projects.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance design output.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually inform and improve design practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with a focus on user experience and interface design.
