Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines for our trading applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance and system health, promptly addressing issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimize system performance and scalability through efficient infrastructure design.
• Implement industry best practices for system security, including monitoring and response protocols.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
• Assist in capacity planning, system upgrades, and the rollout of new technologies as business needs evolve.
• Document processes, workflows, and system architectures to enable knowledge transfer and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or a similar technical role, preferably within a financial services or trading environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and related services.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Understanding of networking concepts and security protocols relevant to systems operations.
