Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) DevOps Engineer at HireKeyz Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the deployment, monitoring, and operational aspects of our systems and services. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems and software solutions.
• Monitor system performance, and troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability.
• Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks using appropriate tools.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to improve existing services and software development processes.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and safe software releases.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system performance and reliability metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps role.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
• Solid grasp of monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
