• Create and maintain documentation pertaining to system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in monitoring and observability tools, specifically Datadog.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
