Job Overview

NITYA Software Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented SRE/Platform/DevOps Support Engineer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud-based applications, leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency. This position involves collaborating closely with development teams, maintaining system health, and automating processes to streamline our deployment pipelines while providing exceptional support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure used for AI applications, addressing issues proactively.
• Implement automated solutions for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) to enhance system deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Design and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Analyze system logs and metrics, using AI-based tools to pinpoint performance bottlenecks and propose changes for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and quickly resolve high-severity incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or platform support.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools will be advantageous (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
