Overview

Stellar Cyber is seeking a highly skilled Sr./Staff DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes while building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. You will work closely with developers to ensure that they have the best infrastructure to develop, test, and release applications efficiently while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure that meets the company's needs for performance and security.
• Develop and maintain tools for automation of processes such as CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and manage system performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure application and infrastructure compatibility.
• Conduct system tests and present performance reports to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Develop best practices for DevOps methodologies within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in DevOps practices and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in a high-availability environment.
• Strong experience working with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
