Staff Accountant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Accountant based in the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate, reliable financial records in a fully remote environment. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will contribute to accounts payable, account reconciliations, and the monthly financial close process. You will work across multiple financial systems to investigate discrepancies, maintain supporting documentation, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time. The role also offers opportunities to support sales tax reconciliation, audit preparation, and tax-related activities. You will leverage accounting expertise and AI-powered tools to streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.
