Olo is seeking a highly skilled Staff DevOps Engineer responsible for leading the implementation and management of our production environments. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated applications deployment.
• Monitor and enhance system performance, security, and availability of our production infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features while maintaining uptime and reliability.
• Write infrastructure-as-code scripts to automate provisioning and configuration management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues promptly.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to service incidents as required.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve development and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps engineer role or similar position.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
