Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and reliable telecom and SMS systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and improve operational efficiencies.
• Perform regular capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure systems can meet growing demand.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents quickly while performing post-mortem analysis to avoid future occurrences.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Contribute to on-call rotations and participate in incident response activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of telecom principles, SMS gateways, and messaging protocols.
• Proficient in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
