Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and processes to enhance the reliability and availability of production systems.

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes and drive operational excellence.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during incidents and outages.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system architecture, processes, and incident management.
• Design and implement disaster recovery strategies in accordance with business continuity plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and recommend preventive measures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably with AWS or GCP.
• Proficient with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Solid scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
