Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will help build and evolve AI-powered product experiences that improve the way physicians deliver care and patients access healthcare. You will take ownership of complex, full-stack projects, contributing to system architecture, technical design, development, deployment, and production support. Working in a collaborative, fully remote environment, you will partner closely with Product, UX, QA, and fellow engineers to turn ideas into reliable, intuitive software. You will help shape technical direction, integrate AI and large language models into real-world applications, and drive continuous improvements in engineering quality.
