Staffing and Operations Manager - Datacenters

The Staffing and Operations Manager – Datacenters will lead workforce planning and operational readiness for complex, large-scale datacenter infrastructure projects valued at over $1 billion. This strategic role ensures that project teams are recruited, mobilized, and equipped with the right skills to meet demanding construction and commissioning schedules. You will coordinate recruitment efforts, oversee international workforce mobility, and ensure compliance with immigration, labor, prevailing wage, and apprenticeship requirements. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, project leadership, external legal advisors, and site teams, you will anticipate staffing challenges and mitigate risks before they affect delivery. Your ability to align workforce strategy with project milestones will be essential to maintaining operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost control.
