I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

About Hasaki

Hasaki is a leading beauty retailer in Vietnam, offering skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products from trusted global brands. As we expand into the United States, we are building a dedicated retail team to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Part-Time Stock Associate to support receiving, inventory, shelf replenishment, and daily store operations at our Cudahy location.

Receiving & Inventory

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and deliveries.

• Assist with palletized shipments using appropriate equipment and safe handling procedures.

• Move merchandise from receiving and storage areas to the sales floor.

• Organize stockroom inventory; support inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged items.

Stocking & Store Operations

• Restock shelves, maintain product availability, and arrange merchandise according to store guidelines.

• Assist with labeling, pricing, promotional displays, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

• Follow store safety procedures and inventory control guidelines.

Customer & Team Support

• Help customers locate products and answer basic questions when needed.

• Work with store associates and management on daily tasks and other assigned duties.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on stockroom and retail tasks.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

• Basic English communication skills sufficient for work instructions, safety, and customer interactions.

• Flexible availability based on store scheduling needs.

Preferred

• Experience in retail stocking, warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, or merchandising.

• Familiarity with handling deliveries, stockroom organization, or retail inventory procedures.

• Beauty industry experience is not required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods; bend, reach, lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise as needed.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) as needed.

• Perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Follow safe lifting and material-handling procedures, including appropriate equipment or team assistance.

III. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay Range: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour

Actual pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.

Work Schedule

Actual schedules, shift assignments, and weekly hours may vary based on store needs, employee availability, position type, and applicable law.

Typical shift examples may include:

• Opening Shift: 8:45 AM – 4:45 PM

• Mid Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Closing Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Employees may be scheduled for different shifts from week to week based on business needs.
