Strategic Finance Manager

This employer is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to help lead financial planning and analysis processes and drive key strategic initiatives. The role involves partnering with cross-functional leadership to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.

The Role

• Lead FP&A processes, including quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term financial modeling.

• Partner with cross-functional leadership to evaluate the scale and profitability of new products, strategic investments, and potential acquisitions.

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making regarding product expansion, monetization, and marketing ROI.

• Own recurring financial deliverables, including forecast variance analysis, user metrics reporting, and headcount planning.

• Optimize and scale financial workflows through the integration of modern BI and automation tools.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, including FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with a strong grasp of three-statement forecasting and U.S. GAAP.

• A proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous analyses end-to-end and translating data into clear, actionable insights.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to senior leadership in a remote environment.
