Strategy & Growth Consultant

Skyne Beauty is looking for a few Strategy & Growth Consultants to work closely with our team as we continue building and growing the brand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to work directly on real business problems, not just make recommendations from the sidelines.

What you’ll work on

• Growth and go-to-market strategy
• Market and competitive research
• Partnerships and new business opportunities
• Customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Business analysis and identifying new growth opportunities
• Cross-functional projects directly with the founding team

Who we’re looking for

• Previous experience in consulting, strategy, growth, operations, or an early-stage startup
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and moving quickly
• Able to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into an actionable plan
• Experience in beauty, consumer, retail, e-commerce, or wellness is a plus

• Commitment: Approximately 40 hours/week
• Compensation: $60/hour
