Supply & Demand Planner / Warranty Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage supply and demand planning activities and warranty operations, including claims processing, exception handling, dispute resolution, and compliance with warranty policies. The candidate will be responsible for validating claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely resolution of warranty-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply and demand planning activities and coordinate inventory requirements.
• Process and validate warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
• Handle warranty exceptions, claim disputes, and escalations.
• Perform serial number validation and verify product or contract entitlement.
• Ensure compliance with warranty policies, contracts, and service agreements.
• Monitor claims ageing and manage pending claims and backlogs.
• Investigate claim discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim records and prepare operational reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.
