We are seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer with strong expertise in ETL tools, data warehousing, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting critical data integration platforms, troubleshooting data issues, monitoring data pipelines, coordinating with business and technology teams, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Support Engineer with strong expertise in ETL tools, data warehousing, and production support. The candidate will be responsible for supporting critical data integration platforms, troubleshooting data issues, monitoring data pipelines, coordinating with business and technology teams, and ensuring timely resolution of production incidents. Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for data integration and data warehouse applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Analyze data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly batch processing activities.
- Coordinate with business users, offshore teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Validate data loads and reconciliation between source and target systems.
- Monitor job scheduling and workflow execution using Control-M.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain Unix Shell scripts to automate support activities.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and incident management processes.
- Participate in release deployments, validation, and post-deployment support.
- Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, and support reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data quality. Required Technical Skills ETL & Data Integration
