- Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile techniques
- Manage instruments and supplies, anticipating intraoperative needs
- Participate in complex cases and contribute to patient safety and quality initiatives
- Help orient and mentor junior staff
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
