Role: Surgical Technologist II
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for procedures
- Assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety
- Handle specimens accurately and support efficient room turnover
- Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
