Role:
Surgical Technologist II
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterility for complex surgical procedures
- Arrange instruments and supplies, anticipating surgeon and team needs
- Participate in advanced surgical cases and support training of junior staff
- Uphold infection control standards and support accurate counts and documentation
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control protocols
- Ability to support a collaborative, patient-centered surgical environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting interdisciplinary teamwork and ongoing education
