Role: Surgical Technologist II
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms, ensure sterility, and arrange instruments and supplies for surgical procedures
- Support advanced and complex surgeries by anticipating surgeon and team needs
- Participate in training junior staff and uphold infection control standards
- Assist with accurate counts and documentation throughout procedures
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile techniques
- Ability to support interdisciplinary teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to infection control protocols
- Experience supporting complex surgical cases and mentoring staff is preferred
