Surgical Technologist II supports complex surgical procedures in an academic medical center.

- Prepare and maintain sterile fields using strict aseptic technique.
- Manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment to support safe procedures.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout operations.
- Verify supplies and implants; participate in surgical counts.
- Support operating room setup and turnover to ensure readiness.
- Proven ability to maintain sterile technique and prevent contamination.
- Strong instrument/equipment handling and procedural support skills.
- Attention to detail for supply/implant verification and surgical counts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered, continuous-learning environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based surgical care.
