Job Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive operational data.
• Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, procedures, and inventories.
• Conduct regular training and support for users on system functionality and updates.
• Assist in project planning and execution for OT-related initiatives and system upgrades.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continually enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration, preferably within an operations technology environment.
• Strong understanding of network and system security protocols.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
