Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for a variety of systems and applications to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues related to server and network operations.
• Implement system enhancements and upgrades in line with business requirements.
• Assist with system integration and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and document user concerns and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance and user issues for future reference.
• Participate in on-call rotations as necessary to support system availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• One to two years of experience in a similar technical support or systems engineering role.
• Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus.
