Team Leader / Project Development Specialist
Qualifications & Experience: 20 years of experience in infrastructure development, with proven leadership in multi-disciplinary port/coastal feasibility studies. Master's degree in Civil/Coastal Engineering or Infrastructure Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Serve as the primary point of contact and overall manager for the consultancy team.
II. Lead the team in consolidating field data, baseline diagnostics, and
technical reviews across all Proposed sites.
III. Guide the formulation of the master project plan, ensuring full alignment with CFHC goals and international standards.
IV. Direct stakeholder engagement sessions with government ministries,
international partners, and community leaders.
V. Ensure high technical quality, consistency, and timely submission of all project deliverables.
VI. Personally present key findings to the CFHC Board, Ministry officials, and potential project investors at regular intervals (once every two weeks).
