Summary: Highly skilled and hands-on Tech Architect with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,

Microservices, Cloud Architecture, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead the

design and delivery of scalable enterprise applications while driving AI-powered transformation

initiatives using LLMs, AI agents, RAG frameworks, and orchestration platforms.

Technical Skills

10+ years of software development experience.

5+ years in solution or technical architecture roles.

Strong expertise in:

Java 17+/21

Spring Boot

Spring Cloud

Microservices Architecture

REST APIs

Hibernate/JPA

Kafka/Event Streaming

SQL and NoSQL databases

Agentic AI Skills

Hands-on experience with:

Google OpenAI/OpenAI APIs

LangChain or LangGraph

Semantic Kernel

AI Agent orchestration frameworks

Prompt Engineering

RAG architectures

Vector Databases

AI Evaluation and Monitoring

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Design and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

architecture.

Define solution architecture, integration patterns, security standards, and scalability strategies.

Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.

Establish best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.

Agentic AI & Generative AI

Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging:

Azure OpenAI / OpenAI

LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel

Multi-Agent frameworks

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Vector Databases (Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Weaviate, ChromaDB)

Design autonomous AI workflows for business process automation.

Develop AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and enterprise knowledge agents.

Integrate LLM-powered systems with enterprise applications and APIs.

Implement observability, evaluation, and governance for AI solutions.

Development & Delivery

Provide hands-on coding support and technical leadership.

Develop high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot.

Architect event-driven solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Guide teams through Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
