Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain toolsets for system health monitoring and incident response.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and integrate new systems and services.
• Perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure applications and services run smoothly by managing services within cloud environments.
• Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning to maximize system uptime.
• Conduct regular reliability testing and maintain documentation for processes and system architecture.
• Actively engage in on-call rotations and provide timely incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and database management concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
