Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Lead with experience in .NET and Python. The Technical Lead will design and implement robust, scalable software solutions, guide architectural decisions, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. This role includes leading and mentoring a distributed engineering team, conducting code reviews, and coordinating technical work across projects and stakeholders. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage technical risks, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and system performance. The position also involves contributing to technical roadmaps, evaluating new tools and frameworks, and promoting quality, security, and reliability in all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Python for backend services and API development.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and scalable, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and conduct constructive code reviews.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional, remote teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product-oriented development environments.
• Background in high-availability, secure, and compliant systems; familiarity with observability and logging tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
