Job Description

Job Role: Technical Manager– IFS ERP

Location: Virginia, US

Type: Fulltime and 5 days Onsite

Salary Range: $130K -$150K Per annum + Annual benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical administration, architecture, and continuous improvement of enterprise ERP applications across the organization.
Oversee ERP implementation activities, system deployments, upgrades, production support, and post-implementation stabilization.
Manage application integrations, API connectivity, data migration, system security, and technical environment configurations.
Establish technical standards for application development, system changes, testing, documentation, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external technology partners to resolve complex issues and deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in ERP technical consulting, application engineering, or enterprise systems management.
Hands-on experience with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud, preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, system integrations, data conversions, and application security.
Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, middleware technologies, and enterprise application integration.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments.
